Homecoming
To all staff and students - Homecoming will take place tomorrow, Saturday, October 1st, with activities beginning at 9:00 a.m. Come out and enjoy the spirit of St. Michael's. We hope to see you all there!

Community Service Seminars
This is a reminder to all grade 9 students that on Monday, October 3rd, all of the grade 9 community service seminars will begin. On Monday, we will begin with all of Fr. May's grade 9 religion classes. So, if you are in any one of Fr. May's grade 9 religion classes, you must bring a bagged lunch for Monday and show up in the Lecture Hall during your lunch period. You need to bring nothing but a pen to write with and your lunch. 

Yale Information Session
Students are invited to the 2011 Yale Information Session on Monday, October 3rd, at 7:00 p.m. The session will take place at the University of Toronto Schools, located at 371 Bloor Street West, in the auditorium.  Rebecca Tynan, Senior Assistant Director of Admissions, will discuss academic programs, residential college and campus life, admissions and financial aid. Blue Herald
All reporters covering Homecoming events are reminded that their copy must be submitted to smcsblueherald@hotmail.com by Sunday night. Our editorial meeting will take place for all writers who are submitting articles for the next edition of the paper on Monday after school in Room 209. All writers must come to edit their own work – pizza will be served! Lay out will take place Tuesday after school in the Computer Lab for all those who signed up. These meetings are mandatory as we are aiming for a pre-Thanksgiving deadline!

U14 Soccer
The U14 Soccer practice scheduled for today is cancelled. Come prepared for the game against Royal St. George's on Monday.

Duke of Ed
Students who would like to register for the Duke of Ed program should attend a meeting today after school in Room 208. This meeting is for new registrants only.
