My name is Carla Young Co-ordinator of Volunteer Services.  I am writing this letter to invite you to apply for Volunteer opportunities at Castleview Wychwood Towers Long-term care Home.  Castleview is a great place to obtain your community service hours.

As a volunteer you will experience an environment that is stimulating, challenging and rewarding.  The impact of your volunteer contribution will have a far-reaching effect on the Toronto aging community more than you know. 

 

Volunteering for Castleview offers you tremendous  opportunities to build new friendships that you never know were possible, get a first hand look at working in long-term care, learn about leadership from others. And most importantly to walk into a residents room to be greeted by a warm welcoming smile.

 

If you are interested in working with seniors as a career choice you can join nurses, medical staff, dieticians, Food Service Workers , Social Workers, Recreation staff, Music Therapist, Art Therapist, Complementary Care specialist, Occupational and Physical Therapist at work.
