A Closer Look: Student Affairs

Whether it’s helping students prepare for university, providing tutoring and testing services, or supporting those with learning exceptionalities, the Student Affairs Department at St. Michael’s College School (SMCS) offers a wide range of care to members of the community.

John Connelly, SMCS Director of Students Affairs, meets with students in the Guidance office.

Student Affairs encompasses the Guidance Department, Learning Enrichment Centre (LEC), and the Odette Library which all work as a team to ensure that every student is prepared and supported for life at SMCS and beyond.

In addition to the individual support provided to each student, the department organizes and hosts several events throughout the year such as university information nights, career days, ParenTalks, and more, in support of both students and their families.
