A feast for the senses awaits on Friday, May 10, 2019 when CLUB BLUENOTE descends on the St. Michael’s College School (SMCS) cafeteria transforming it into a musical wonderland, for an evening.
The annual event, now approximately 15 years old, features a wide menu of musical genres on display, ranging from R&B and Latin to Broadway, the spoken word and Jazz --- all performed by SMCS students, faculty and staff.
Led by Mr. Jamie Oatt, Department Head, Music, Mr. Daniel Douglas, Music Teacher and Mr. Christopher Plock, Music Teacher --- the evening is also made possible through the support of the SMCS Parents' Association.
“There will be a visual dedication to the graduating members of the Sr. Jazz Ensemble displayed as you enter the venue,” says Mr. Oatt.
