St. Michael’s College School (SMCS) presented its sixth and final ParenTalks event of the 2019-20 academic year entirely virtually --- a first for the school.
The 60-minute live webcast presentation featured a panel of three experts in the fields of student wellness, mental health, and resilience, namely:

Hospitalist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)
Dr. Michael Ungar, PhD,
Family Therapist and Professor of Social Work at Dalhousie University
Canada Research Chair in Child, Family and Community Resilience
ParenTalks is a series of conversations involving current SMCS parents and experts on issues of student health and well-being. It began in May of 2019.
The focus of the May 2020 presentation: Supporting Your Son with Coping Strategies during a Global Pandemic: A Conversation.
